When renting on a weekly basis or renting to a larger group eg family members, we also offer a good discount to you. Contact us for further information.
Breakfast
If you want breakfast, we offer this as self-service when booking more than one night.
We shop for the food and you prepare it yourself when it suits you.
The breakfast consists of predominantly organic products:
Coffee, tea, bread, grits, cornflakes, milk, yogurt, juice, cheese, jam and cold cuts.
The price per day 85 DKK per adult
55 DKK per child (3-8 years)
All prices include VAT, consumption and final cleaning.
Payment method: Bank transfer, mobilepay, cash (Currency: Danish, Euro)
Changes / cancellation of a booking.
The following is applied to all bookings at Klaerke Hostel:
Changes to a reservation:
- If the customer wishes to make a change to their booking, this is possible at all times. But only if Klaerke Hostel is able to meet the terms of which the customer wishes. Example the customer wishes more rooms available.
- If the change is made less than 30 days of arrival, Klaerke Hostel claims the right to be compensated with 50 % of the original price of the booking. Example: a customer wishes to book 2 rooms in stead of 3 rooms. Klaerke Hostel is then entitled to 50 % of the price for 1 room.
- If the change is made less than 15 days of arrival, Klaerke Hostel is entitled to 100 % of the total costs regarding the booking.
Cancellation of a booking:
- If the customer wishes to cancel their booking, this i possible at all times, only by writing directly to Klaerke Hostel.
- By cancellation less than 30 days of arrival, Klaerke Hostel is entitled to 50 % of the total costs of the booking.
- By cancellation less than 15 days of arrival, Klaerke Hostel is entitled to 100 % of the total costs of the booking.
In case of a change or cancellation, where the customer has already paid the total costs, the customer is entitled to partial or full refund. This will occur without any unnecessary delay and within 30 days of the customers change or cancellation.
